This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on Liguangmall. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. This policy works together with our Terms and Conditions and Shipping Policy.

1. Return Eligibility Window
   You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
   Requests submitted after this 30-day window will not be accepted.
2. Condition for Return (Change-of-Mind Returns)
   Items returned for personal reasons must meet all of these requirements:

• Unused, unassembled, no scratches or signs of wear
• Complete original packaging, accessories, manuals and labels
• Resellable condition
  We reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct value from the refund if the item is damaged, missing parts or cannot be resold.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
   The following items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change-of-mind:

• Customized / personalized products
• Clearance & final sale items
• Consumables
• Hygiene-sensitive goods, sealed personal care items once opened
  Note: If any item above arrives damaged, defective or wrong due to our mistake, we will still handle your after-sales claim.

8. Wait for our official return authorization before sending the parcel back
   We do not accept returns sent without prior approval.
9. Return Shipping Responsibility

• ✅ Buyer’s fault / change of mind: Buyer pays all return shipping cost. Original shipping fee paid when placing the order is non-refundable.
• ✅ Our fault (wrong item, defective, damaged on arrival): We cover the return shipping cost after verification.
  Return address will be provided after we approve your return request. International return shipping may take a long time and may incur customs fees on the return; these extra charges are to be borne by the sender unless agreed otherwise.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods
   If you receive broken or defective items:
   Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery, and provide clear photos/videos of outer packaging and defective products.
   We offer three options after verification:

   Claims for damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery may be rejected.
10. Refund Processing
    Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
    Refunds will go back to your original payment method:

• PayPal: usually 1–3 working days to show up
• Credit card: 3–7 working days, depends on your card issuer
  We do not take responsibility for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

8. Exchange
   Exchange service is available subject to stock availability.
   If you want an exchange instead of refund, please tell us when you submit the return request.
   For change-of-mind exchange, you pay return shipping and outbound shipping for the new item.
   For defective / wrong item exchange, we cover both ways.
9. Order Cancellation before Shipment
   You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for a full refund.
   Once shipped, cancellation is no longer available; you need to follow the return procedure after receiving it.
10. Abandoned or Refused Parcel
    If you refuse to sign for the parcel or abandon it at customs without valid reason, the original shipping cost and return freight will be deducted from your refund.
